[Jecht is sick to death of hazmats and people dying.  Garnet was killed by the hazmats even after he saved her the first time, making his noble sacrifice well and truly pointless.  And he knows more of his students and friends are going to die painfully as long as this keeps up.  He's had it, so he does what any good citizen of Mayfield would do in a situation like this - heads to the phone lines to bitch at his neighbors.]
